Guidance on Consumer credit

JMLSG today publishes for comment proposed Guidance for firms offering consumer credit. Responsibility for supervising such firms’ compliance with their AML obligations moves to the Financial Conduct Authority on 1 April 2014.

JMLSG welcomes comment on the proposed amendments to its Money Laundering Guidance. Comments may be made in hard copy or electronic form, and should be sent to:
